Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. 

A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance of the treatment is due at the time of your appointment.

Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Changes can be made online via the booking system using your login details.

If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled or not showed within 48 hours, the deposit will be retained.
